When I first saw the trailer, I told myself that I will watch it. So when that day finally arrived, I was happy and excited.

I was intrigued to see the anime because I got curious on how the love story began between a young normal woman and a man that turns into a wolf. I find it magical and fairy tale-like especially that the setting was already in modern time. For me, it was like a modern-twisted tale of Red Riding Hood; just take out the  part when the wolf said, "All the better to eat you up with, my dear!"

When my beau and I went out, we bought ourselves some cool drinks from Serenitea (Metro Alabang Town Center Branch). He got his usual Green Apple Yakult, while I ordered a new drink from the Matcha Marvel list: the Uji Pyramid -- a combination of vanilla ice cream and Japanese matcha.

I drew this after I watched the anime film Wolf Children: Ame to Yuki. I really like the anime because it was really magical and romantic for me. I then looked for its manga version and found a photo of the wolf dad then I just felt this feeling that I want to draw it using my charcoal sticks. It was a good way to practice to get back into drawing..
