Random Musings: How to buy movie tickets at any Ayala Mall using your Globe Rewards Points?

If you want to watch a movie at any Ayala Mall Cinema, and would want to use your Globe Rewards Points before it expires, you just need to:

1. Check your balance by sending BAL to 4438. You may also get an idea on when your points will expire.

2. You will need to have a 100+ points to purchase a movie ticket. The points should equal the price of the movie ticket you want to buy. If you want to have an idea of the movie ticket prices, kindly visit SureSeats.

3. If you finally decided when and where to watch, just head out to your Ayala Mall of choice and go to the cinemas. Inform the ticket seller that you will  be buying the movie tickets using your Globe Rewards Points, and she will show you a flyer indicating the instruction. From my experience at Alabang Town Center, I was shown the following format:

Text SHARE <space> [ATC Cinema's Globe Number] <space> [Your points to be transferred.] and send to 4438.

4. Just in case, you experience a delay in transferring the points to the ticket seller, just reset your phone and try again. It might just be a phone or network problem.
