In a few hours, I will be flying to Singapore. It will be my first time to travel to this country (my 2nd time to travel overseas after 9 years) but I was not scared since I will be accompanied by a dear friend who frequents Singapore since she has family who lives there. She told me that she will be my tour guide and I could stay with her at her sister's and brother-in-law's place.

I arrived at NAIA Terminal 3 earlier so I waited for my friend. As soon as she arrived, we went to the Travel Tax Area where we paid P1,620. Then we headed to the Cebu Pacific Area to check-in our baggages. After the check-in process, we went to Jollibee to buy some breakfast. We hurriedly went to the Immigration Area, prior to this part we first had to pay for the P750 Terminal Fee. After an Immigration Officer checked and stamped my passport, I joined my friend at the exit and walked to the Waiting Area just in time for the boarding time.

It was around 6:30AM when the plane flew. I took my power nap so I will have the energy throughout the day.
At around 9AM, we were already at Singapore but the pilot said, we cannot land yet because of air traffic. After some minutes of waiting, when it was time to land, due to the bad weather, we experienced a very rough turbulence which made me grip on the armrest tightly.
Despite that experience, no one was harmed and we safely landed at Changi Airport.
After getting off the plane, we headed to the Immigration Area then to the Baggage Carousel Area to pick-up our baggages. It took us half an hour waiting and looking for our bags. I even thought my bag went missing but good thing my friend found it at the other baggage carousel area.
We met up with her older brother at the airport's exit. Before we went to tour the airpot, I bought my sim card from M1 for SGD18 which gave me unlimited internet access for 5 days.
Together with my friend and her brother, we rode the Skytrain to get to the different terminals.
Since it was a Sunday when we arrived, my friend's brother invited us to celebrate their Church's anniversary so we headed immediately to Bedok to drop-off our bags and get ready; the taxi ride was smooth and really fast.
