Travel: From the South -- How to easily get to McKinley Hill by commuting?

For an easy way to get to McKinley Hill if you will be coming from the South for either work or leisure:

1. Ride buses with the Bus A sticker and tell the conductor that you will alight at Magallanes Bus Station.

Fare Price: P34

2. Alight the bus then walk your way to the Magallanes MRT Station. Just head to the 3rd floor of the MRT Station so you can cross at the other side.

3. Look for the San Lorenzo Place lot and you will find the buses/vans/fx shuttles heading to McKinley Hill. The buses and vans have their own schedules so you may want to check out their big chart posted at the terminal.

As for the FX Shuttles, the barker said that they are open till Saturdays and usually they start at 5AM.

Fare Price: P25
FX Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays

4. The shuttle will then head straight to McKinley Hill with no hassles.

If you are heading out of McKinley Hill:

a. The best way is to ride a taxi but the fare may be a bit pricey which will be around a P100 plus. Take this option if you have the budget.

b. You can have other options like waiting for FX Shuttles/Vans that pass by that go straight to San Lorenzo Place, or wait at the designated bust stops for City link Buses. Please take note though of their schedules. You can take this option if you are not much of in a hurry.

c. A cheaper way is to walk towards the main road where the stop light is located for there are jeepneys that pass along the road.

For those who live in Cavite (Near SM Molino):

Though these vans do not go inside McKinley Hill, they still pass at the C5 area so you could still ride this shuttles and just drop-off on or before McKinley Hill. You also have the option to drop-off at Market! Market! and just ride a jeepney from there to McKinley Hill.

You can find the shuttle terminal in front of 7-11/Celestino Market. Fare is at P85.

  2. Hello,

If you are from the South, you can ride the buses at Alabang Starmall, the Bus A buses are the ones that stop over at Magallanes. There are no FX shuttles that comes from Alabang to McKinley Hill. From Magallanes, you get to ride the FX shuttles from there. The FX shuttle terminal can be found at the parking area of San Lorenzo Place.

    I hope this information helps.

  7. Hi, regarding the cavite info:

The vans only stay at the shuttle terminal in front of 7-11/Celestino Market on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. You can find them at the Starmall parking lot near SM Molino along the road going to Daang Hari on Mondays to Fridays. Shuttles are only available from as early as 5:30 AM until around 9 AM only.

    Hope this helps too! :)
